Why might this be for you?
Children and young people can be wonderful Brainspotting teachers. They meet uncertainty, body signals, creativity, and the present moment with a natural openness. Adults still have these capacities within them! Throughout this webinar series, you can (re)access these capacities by learning from young ones – and powerfully integrate them into your daily Brainspotting work with any age or manifestation.
What to expect?
In this interactive webinar series, we will explore what working with young ones can teach us about Brainspotting with anyone. Through experientials, case studies, reflection, and sharing, we will discover how children’s natural ways of sensing, expressing, and responding can deepen our own Brainspotting practice. Each 90-minute webinar will focus on a different quality we can learn from young people – with opportunities to experience, explore, and integrate the learning into our own work.
