Unlocking Trauma in the Body with Brainspotting
January 26 - 28, 2024 (online)
This course explores what happens in the body during a brainspotting session. Participants will learn:
- The anatomy and physiology of the fascial system – especially relative to the freeze response
- The neurology of pain and chronic pain within the brain and the body
- Bodyspotting and several new set-ups to assist processing physical issues
- Movement Integration (MI) to support changes which occur in both the brain and body – for ANY of your Brainspotting clients

Prerequisite: Already completed Brainspotting Phase 1 training
