My approach to Brainspotting
I discovered Brainspotting when I was looking for a treatment method that also focuses on body symptoms. In the course of my professional activities a holistic view of the human being became more and more important to me. Brainspotting sees body and soul as a unity and as a therapist I accompany the process with confidence and full presence. It is fascinating for me how quickly insights and “new perceptions of old burdens” can be achieved.
I offer Brainspotting as a short-term intervention and as an additional offer for long-term therapeutic support.
In the end, the self-experience units during the training convinced me that Brainspotting allows for a very gentle approach to injuries and thus provides lasting relief.
